Today was awesome. I was under my 1400 calories and I got in 5.5 miles on the elliptical. I'm exhausted but feel great.
I noticed that the "black tea" that I was entering in on The Daily Plate was actually for tea with sugar in it. That is why is had 66 calories. I changed the entry to just plain black tea. I add 2 packets of Splenda, which has 0 calories. So the new total for my tea is 2 calories instead of 66.
